I give thanks for 35 years of living, loving, healing, laughing, growing, dancing, hugging and receiving. 

May you be happy and joyous
May you be safe and protected from harm
May you be healthy and strong
May you be peaceful and serene with what is
May you have ease of heart and mind
May you be free from suffering and delusion
